We were very upset to find that the double beds were non-existent, forcing us to sleep in separate single beds despite our complaints. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable when we encountered cockroaches in our room, indicating a severe lack of pest control. The attitude from management when addressing our room issue was unhelpful and dismissive, which was profoundly disappointing at this price point.

The hotel offered stunning views of the marina, and it was just a short walk to the mirador de puerto de mogan, where I enjoyed breathtaking views of the coastline. additionally, the nearby cafes and restaurants made it easy to find delicious meals without venturing far.

It was just a decent option for a short interlude in Puerto De Mogan with great value for money. The view from the room was stunning, looking over the sea and marina. Check if you can get a room facing the pool for a quieter experience.

The pool chairs are painfully uncomfortable, requiring cushions just to sit back without feeling like you're being jabbed. Limited half-board options felt repetitive, especially at this price point, and the breakfast lacked variety. It’s a two-floor setup, so ground floor rooms can feel overlooked, limiting privacy. Noise from staff cleaning early in the morning disturbed my peace far too often, and a couple of cockroaches spotted didn’t exactly scream cleanliness.

the staff were super friendly and helpful, really made us feel special. the location is perfect, level walking to restaurants and shops and always something to watch with the ferries. breakfast and dinner buffets were great, loads of choices. the view from our room was stunning and we loved the direct access to the sea. really enjoyed the rooftop terrace for cocktails whenever we wanted!

We loved the rooftop terrace for drinks pre-dinner, and breakfast had such a wide variety! The only downside was that dinners were occasionally lukewarm. I'd definitely come back!

The staff here were truly exceptional, always going the extra mile to make us feel like VIPs! ! We spent hours enjoying the infinity-edge pool, it felt like a dream just looking out at the ocean, and the ability to dive straight into the water from the stairs was such a treat.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but I suppose you get what you pay for.
